pinballThe summer is winding down but Marvin’s Marvelous Mechanical Museum is a venue you can visit any time. Do you like odd? Do you like unique? Do you like games? Do you like mechanical thinga-ma-jigs? Well Marvin’s has plenty. A visit to Marvin’s is an enjoyable way to spend the day.

What: Marvin’s Marvelous Mechanical Museum

Where: 31005 Orchard Lake Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48334

When: Monday to Thursday 10am to 9pm; Friday and Saturday 10am to 11pm; Sunday 11am to 9pm

Opened in 1990, Marvin’s Marvelous Mechanical Museum features vintage coin-operated machines, mechanical oddities, one-of-a-kind collectibles (some built specifically for the museum), and the largest collection of Pinball machines in the area. You can purchase shirts, DVDs, hats, and souvenir cards from their online shop. The museum is stock full of thousands of interesting things, so plan on making a couple of trips as it is impossible to see it all in one day!
